With the ALERT-CRM33 app all relations and corresponding contacts from ALERT can be retrieved. All communication data such as telephone number, e-mail address and website are visible from the relation and its contacts. This enables the call, SMS or Whatsapp function of the smartphone to be activated.For every relation, all trajectories, quotations and actions can be requested. A user can also request his own action list with all outstanding actions and deregister it. In addition, follow-up actions are automatically created if this is set in ALERT at the specified result.
